Jessica Notini is a well recognized leader in the field of alternative dispute resolution both in California and internationally. Since 1994, she has been mediating a wide variety of cases and providing training in the areas negotiation, mediation, facilitation and other related topics.

Ms. Notini served for three years as President of the Association for Dispute Resolution of Northern California (formerly NCMA), she served for 5 years and became Chair of the California State Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and she served on the Board of Directors for the Mediation Society of San Francisco, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Boards for the Alameda County Bar Association and Contra Costa County. In 2012, she received the Don Weckstein Memorial award from the California Dispute Resolution Council in recognition of her leadership in California. Ms. Notini has served as a consultant to the Congress of Peru regarding the development of mediation legislation, and has presented as a keynote speaker in a variety of conferences and congresses in Mexico and Spain.
